Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
Orders are generally shipped within 1-3 business days using NZ Post. A flat rate shipping fee of $24 applies to orders shipping within New Zealand (subject to change), and shipping is free for orders over $200. Please check through the checkout for the latest fees and available shipment options.
In the event that your order contains multiple items, we may split the shipment into separate packages to ensure faster delivery. You will be notified if your order will be shipped in multiple packages.
While we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, please note that delivery times may be subject to unforeseen delays due to circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions or shipping carrier issues. We will do our best to keep you informed of any potential delays.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
We offer international shipping to various countries. If you are unsure whether we are able to ship to your country, please feel free to contact us directly at toptunenz@gmail.com.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT, GST & or other duties), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Top Tune NZ is not responsible for these charges if they are applied, and they are your responsibility as the customer.
